Wikipedia defines SEO as… the process of affecting the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine’s “natural” or un-paid (“organic”) search results. In general, the earlier (or higher ranked on the search results page), and more frequently a site appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine’s users. SEO may target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, video search, academic search, news search and industry-specific vertical search engines.
No matter what happens though, we always find a way back to the top. Sometimes it is slower than any of us would like, but there has yet to be a fatal blow to a single website we manage and do not foresee it happening in the future unless there come some radical changes no one can overcome.
When it comes to SEO, we like to wear a white hat. We do not employ grey hat and especially black hat methods when it comes to search engine optimization. Instead, we focus on building organic links that are valued to the engines. Wearing the white hat may mean that you do not make it to the first position, but it will get high enough and more importantly, will not fall off the face of the earth when it comes to search engine visibility.
